Job Description
Overview 
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - EMEA (6 month contract). Responsible for driving talent acquisition strategy across the UK, Ireland, and other EMEA markets for Clio's expanding business.
Responsibilities- Own and nurture stakeholder relationships with EMEA business units (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Product) to align recruitment efforts.
- Oversee end to end recruitment cycles, focusing on strategic and complex hires across non technical and technical roles.
- Partner with leaders to define hiring strategies, achieve quarterly hiring targets, and deliver a best in class candidate experience.
- Explore and implement creative sourcing approaches to attract active and passive candidates.
- Enhance recruiting processes with innovative practices, data driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity, ensuring alignment with company values.
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting in a rapid growth, high velocity environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA tech community and proven track record of meeting hiring targets.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics for informed decision making and process optimization.
- Consultative, strategic thinker with problem solving mindset.
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, and adherence to HR best practices.
- Proficiency in diverse recruitment channels (inbound, outbound, referrals, events) and experience sourcing passive candidates.
- Background in championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Experience working in an agency and in house tech / SaaS company.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS.
- Salary range: €71,200 - €96,400 EUR (dependent on region, experience, and skill set).
