Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 Month Contract)

Our Talent Acquisition team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing EMEA team on an initial 6 month contract. The EMEA team drives our expansion in the UK, Ireland and beyond, and we need someone passionate about attracting quality talent, who thrives in a rapid growth, high velocity environment, and embodies our values.

What your team does:

Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to crafting not just teams, but extraordinary humans and high performing teams. We partner closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both prospects and employees.

What you'll work on:
  • Own and nurture stakeholder relationships with our EMEA teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Product) to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Oversee a robust candidate pipeline and lead the full cycle recruitment process, focusing primarily on strategic recruitment across EMEA.
  • Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and provide a best in class candidate experience.
  • Explore and implement creative approaches to attract and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Align candidates with Clio's mission, values, and vision.
  • Play a key role in enhancing our recruiting function by introducing innovative practices and processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity. We hire according to our values.
What you may have:
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapid growth, high velocity environment with a focus on strategic and complex roles.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams internationally across multiple time zones.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA tech community.
  • A track record of meeting hiring targets.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision making and implement behavioral changes that optimize recruitment processes.
  • A consultative, strategic approach to recruitment, bringing a problem solving mindset to any challenge.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of HR best practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and events, to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Experience sourcing, nurturing, and hiring passive candidates.
  • Experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience working at an agency and in house tech / SaaS company.
  • Experience with Workday ATS.

The expected salary range for this role is €71,200 to €96,400 EUR. Those at other regions are provided with separate local currency bands.
