Park Recruit are representing a leading contractor in the data centre construction sector, who are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their on-site team at their South Dublin head office.

This is a key opportunity for a proactive recruiter to play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing top talent across multiple disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commercial functions, supporting major projects across Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring teams to identify resource needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Represent the business at careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, gained within the construction or engineering sectors (Esssential!)
• Full working rights for Republic of Ireland
• Experience managing recruitment partners and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
