A leading brand is looking to add to their HR team with an appointment of a Senior Acquisition Specialist that can lead on the end to end recruitment strategy.

The role involves leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers that will add value to the Employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Design, develop and execute tailored external sourcing strategies, using internal and external channels
• Support and advise hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
• Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Promote the business employer of choice through strong employer branding
• Ensure accurate documentation in recruitment systems and support wider company initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong proven background in local and international recruiting experience for mid to senior head office roles.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with offer negotiations and understanding of employment market trends
• Passion for delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences
• Fluent in English and Dutch
