The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will lead recruitment delivery for Grayce consultants across our Development Programmes.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and client partners, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and ensure we consistently supply exceptional early-career talent into transformation programmes across all sectors.

Alongside day to day recruitment, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, support resource planning aligned to client demand, and contribute to wider Talent projects. You'll play a key role in meeting programme hiring needs and maintaining a strong pipeline of future Grayce consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Grayce consultants.
  • Screen, assess and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with Grayce capability standards.
  • Support later-stage interviews and assessment activity where required.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessment activity and candidate communications.
  • Provide clear and constructive candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Engagement
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build strong relationships to understand candidate skills, motivations and career goals.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience across all stages of recruitment.
  • Ensure candidates are well prepared for interviews and programme expectations.
Stakeholder & Client Alignment
  • Partner with internal client partners and delivery teams to understand hiring demand.
  • Provide updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health and hiring timelines.
  • Support workforce planning discussions linked to programme delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both planned programme intakes and client demand
  • Identify early indicators of pipeline risk (volume, skills, or availability) and implement mitigation actions to ensure consistent hiring delivery.

You are organised, proactive and confident managing recruitment delivery in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy building relationships with candidates and stakeholders and take pride in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

You are comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple hiring streams.
  • Negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Proactive, approachable and able to use initiative.
  • Commercial awareness and a customer focused mindset.
