Your tasks will include

• Administration and continuous development of our security infrastructure, including endpoint protection, firewall systems and security monitoring
• Administration and further development of our identity and access concepts, particularly in the Active Directory and Entra ID environment
• Supporting architectural decisions and providing technical advice to the team
• Operation and further development of the server and network infrastructure
• Support for virtualization using VMware and Proxmox as well as application provisioning using Citrix
• Support, administration and validation of specialist applications
• Implementation and documentation of activities under GMP
• Accepting, analyzing and processing service and support requests via ticket system

You bring with you

• At least seven years of professional experience in administration
• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• Structured and careful way of working
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• Sound understanding of current IT security technologies, including endpoint protection, firewalls and monitoring
• Very good knowledge of identity and access management systems (Active Directory, Entra ID)
