Senior Surveyors - Berkshire / London

Russell Taylor Group is recruiting for two Senior Surveyors to start immediately in the Reading and London areas. Our client is a reputable UK Main Contractor known for excellence, delivering projects on time and within budget.

We seek experienced and motivated Senior Surveyors to join a thriving team, ensuring effective commercial delivery of their contracts. Projects include schools in North/East London, valued at approximately £150m. Opportunities for progression are available.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of project packages, managing all commercial aspects from inception to final account. You should work well in a team, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

• Cost Control & Reporting to the Commercial Director
• Implementing cost control procedures, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
