Our client, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their Rural Land Management team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and inclusive environment, working on diverse estate management and consultancy projects.
Position Overview
You will deliver high-quality estate management and consultancy services, supporting clients across rural land management, valuations and farming business reviews. Working alongside senior team members, you will also mentor junior colleagues and identify new business opportunities to support the team's growth.
Responsibilities

Deliver estate management and consultancy services

Support clients as their estate management agent

Conduct estate and farming business reviews

Undertake valuations across rural property portfolios

Mentor and lead junior team members

Ensure compliance with professional standards

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
-
MRICS qualified on the Rural pathway
-
6 months to 2 years post-qualification experience
-
Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Effective time management abilities
-
RICS Registered Valuer status (or working towards)
-
CAAV membership or qualification (desirable)
