About Your New Job

As a Senior Surveyor,youwill:

• Deliver expert, client-focused advice and manage office leasing assignments and development projects.
• Act as primary contact for managed projects, updating clients and solving complex issues with confidence.
• Take ownership of smaller assignments, with increasing autonomy and responsibility as you help drive fee growth and profitability.
• Prepare impactful presentations, bids, and pitches for clients.
• Identify and address technical challenges in transactions, while proactively generating new business and revenue opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships internally and externally, and coach junior surveyors to support team development.

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years post-qualification experience in commercial property surveying.
• Expertise in client-facing projects, business development, billing, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of the Irish commercial real estate market and relevant legislation.
• MSCSI or MRICS qualification.
• Commercial awareness, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Full, valid driver's license and PSRA license.
