Senior Support Leader - Disabilities Care

Partners in Support is seeking a Senior Support Worker in St Albans. You will work with the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership, coaching staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

We offer development opportunities, regular supervision and a supportive team environment. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins, with permanent contract hours.
