Location: Tallaght, Dublin

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours)

Salary from €43,283 per annum

Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting a Senior Supervisor on behalf of a leading disability service supporting individuals with autism in a day service setting based in Tallaght.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives through person-centred, high-quality supports.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team delivering person-centred care
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service
• Ensure delivery of supports in line with individual care plans
• Participate in team management, including rota planning and meetings
• Promote independence, community engagement, and skill development for service users

Requirements

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year's experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• Supervisory or leadership experience within a social care setting
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
• Full manual driver's licence (essential)
