Senior Structural Technician - Nottingham

Responsibilities

• - Undertaking technical drawing work in 2D and 3D major infrastructure projects.
• - Managing workload on numerous projects to ensure deadlines are met and client requirements are fulfilled
• - Taking a lead role in larger schemes to plan work and delegate to other technicians within the Department
• - Liaising with Clients and external design teams on a daily basis
• - Contribute and take an active role in the improvement of Company and Drawing Office procedures

Here's what you'll need:

• - Good all-round technical drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials
• - Working closely with internal/external design teams
• - Ability to be proactive
• - Exceptional knowledge of civil and structural build details and construction interfaces
• - Experience in detailing of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork
• - Knowledge and use of BIM packages such as Navisworks and ReCAP (not essential)
