Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural appraisals to assess stability, defects, and necessary repairs
• Utilise both intrusive investigation and non-destructive testing techniques
• Prepare and present detailed reports with clear, justified conclusions
• Lead repair design and oversee the repair process
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and contract documents
• Ensure professional development and training align with ICE or IStructE requirements

What We're Looking For

• Chartered or working towards chartership with ICE or IStructE
• Strong leadership and mentor abilities
• Excellent knowledge of structural design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, and Autodesk REVIT
• Experience in assessing various building types and leading investigations
