We have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer with 8+ years' experience to join a medium sized, well established civil and structural engineering consultancy in Dublin, with the opportunity to travel to their office in the UK. This company focuses on providing tailor made engineering solutions that put the customer at the centre. They strive to build strong and long lasting relationships with clients and partners based on communication, cooperation, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities

• Design and management of a range of projects, including mixed use developments, hotels, commercial, retail, industrial, and residential developments.
• Manage junior engineers and work alongside senior management in both Dublin and Bath offices.
• Deliver design for projects ranging from €10 M to €200 M while maintaining project quality, cost control, and schedule.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years' experience in design of building projects.
• Strong experience in concrete and steel design, with careful attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Eurocodes and British Standards.
• Proven use of 3D modelling software (Tekla, Robot, ETABS, etc.).
• Organised problem solving approach and willingness to explore new opportunities.
• Chartered with Engineers Ireland or IStructE (preferred).
• Driving licence (ideal).
