Hours: 40 hours per week

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Supporting the development of FinTech strategy and long-term plans*

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to support its FinTech Commercial Strategy team. You will help shape strategy, build business cases and deliver key initiatives that improve financial products and services.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will take projects from idea through to delivery, using data and strategic thinking to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of FinTech strategy and long-term plans.
• Lead strategic workstreams and manage project delivery.
• Analyse data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Build and refine business cases.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations and Legal teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment.
• Help improve team capabilities and ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in strategy consulting or a strategic role within a technology company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• FinTech or financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
