Work with iconic brands. Solve challenges. Shape the future.
What we're looking for:
At jump!, we help ambitious brands win tomorrow through sharp strategy, creative growth planning, and breakthrough innovation. Dynamics is our cultural and consumer insight team where we explore what shapes people, culture and categories to unlock meaningful growth.
Now, we're looking for a Senior Strategist to join the Dynamics team at jump! - delivering bold thinking, powerful insight and strategic direction for clients like Jameson, Heineken, Paddy Power, Kerrygold, adidas and Red Bull Racing.
This role is based in our London office.

This role is perfect for someone who's:

  • Fluent in qual research and brand strategy (4+ years' experience)
  • Experienced in designing and executing high impact qual research projects across methodologies (i.e. focus groups, ethnographies, online etc)
  • Commercially smart and creatively ambitious
  • Deeply curious about people, behaviours and the forces shaping culture
  • A confident collaborator - experienced with guiding projects and client conversations
  • A compelling communicator - able to make ideas land with impact
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and excited by challenge
  • You might come from a background in cultural strategy, qualitative research, brand planning, semiotics or trends - but you'll have a track record of making insight useful, strategic and inspiring.

What you'll be doing: As a Senior Strategist in Dynamics, you'll help drive projects day to day, shape thinking, and assist the senior team in growing client relationships - helping some of the world's most ambitious brands navigate change and unlock growth. You'll explore how consumer behaviour and culture interact - and how those shifts reshape the space in which brands can act.
Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading elements of projects across qualitative research, trends, cultural insight and consumer strategy
  • Turning human stories and cultural signals into powerful commercial direction
  • Framing and writing strategic narratives that move clients to action
  • Designing and delivering standout research journeys - from digital ethnography to expert interviews and immersive experiences
  • Building trusted relationships with client teams and collaborators
  • Contributing to new business proposals and pitch-winning thinking

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in insight, strategy or planning roles (typically 4+ years)
  • Comfort across methodologies - from qual research to cultural analysis
  • A strong instinct for what drives people and shapes culture
  • Confidence managing elements of projects and day to day client relationships
  • The ability to think conceptually and deliver practically
  • Excellent storytelling - visual, verbal and written
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow others as well as yourself
