• Work as part of a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team
• Drive innovative communication initiatives, including Total Communication and AAC
• Make a lasting impact on communication, health, wellbeing and quality of lifeMentor and support developing therapists and students
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and best practice initiatives

About the Role

Based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, with services across Wicklow and South Dublin, you will manage a complex caseload across both:

• Total Communication
• AAC and Assistive Communication
• Easy Read and accessible information
• Communication partner training
• Dysphagia assessment and management
• IDDSI implementation
• Staff training and clinical governance support

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is CORU registered (or eligible for registration)
• Has a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
• Has experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
• Has expertise in dysphagia/FEDS management
• Is passionate about person-centred, rights-based practice
• Enjoys collaborative working and clinical leadership
• Wants to help shape and develop services for the future

Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow (with travel across service locations)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: HSE Senior Speech & Language Therapist Scale (Grade Code 3379)
