Role Summary and Impact
- Implement the technical setup of Open Media Studio workspaces in WPP OS, including shell creation via script (if needed) and navigational hierarchy.
- Deploy the DPAM workflow in the OMS environment as per central deployment strategy and client requirements.
- Coordinate with Choreograph Support and Choreograph Products team to ensure applications have been loaded successfully in the Open Media Studio environment.
- Implement and customize widgets within the OMS workspaces if needed
- Create, configure and manage workspace Hubs as needed
- Manage the creation and maintenance of Open Media Studio (OS) members, groups, and roles within deployed workspaces in partnership with L1 Choreograph Support teams.
- Manage and configure integrations with third-party applications as needed.
- Document statuses on projects in a defined ticketing system, ensuring accurate and complete information is recorded.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure that client / market technical requirements are implemented, and that the final product is handed over to client team seamlessly.
- Run QA exercises on deployed instances of Open Media Studio once all configuration work is complete.
- Escalate any issues to the Senior Director, OMS Implementation and to Choreograph Support or WPP support teams when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WPP OS releases and Open Media Studio deployment best practices.
- Collaborate with the central Deployment team to ensure consistent implementation standards.
- Run regular maintenance and governance checks across workspaces to ensure compliance and adherence to latest OMS standards.
- Create and maintain OMS configuration runbooks in consultation with WPP and Choreograph Product and Support teams.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and technical FAQs specifically for Open Media Studio.

- Experience with scripting and basic front-end configuration. UI Design / tools (Figma; photo editing)
- Web design (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript)
- Troubleshooting web applications (Developer Tools)
- Python (scripting)
- Linux / MacOS.
- API calls (Postman).
