Are you a highly skilled HR professional looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join Ford Credit Europe in a dynamic and varied role, based at our Manchester Business Centre (MBC).

This role presents an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the FCE HR team, contributing your expertise, insights and ideas, working closely with colleagues across the business and supporting the delivery of key business objectives.

Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Specialist, you'll be a key member of our HR team, delivering strategic and operational HR support across multiple teams including the Manchester Business Centre and Ford Credit Britain & Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of the HR Cycle Plan (performance management, compensation, feedback surveys, etc.)
  • Advising managers on employment policies and employee relations
  • Supporting organisational change and functional restructuring
  • Managing recruitment processes and relationships
  • Driving initiatives around engagement and wellness
  • Collaborating on HR projects and liaising with Ford Motor Company HR teams
Qualifications

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner is essential, including experience across the HR cycle plan and employee relations
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent project management and facilitation abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCM systems
  • High integrity and a customer-focused approach

Our preferred requirements:

  • A degree and CIPD qualification are preferred, but if you bring relevant experience and skills, we'd love to hear from you.

This position is based in Manchester, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Manchester Business Centre for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
