Senior Spa AttendantWe are currently seeking a Senior Spa Attendant to join our 5 luxury Spa. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee and elevate the cleanliness and ambiance of our spa facilities. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, and a passion for creating a serene environment for our guests.
This role is a full time contract working 5 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends. The role involves managing the Spa Housekeeping department from a rota and equipment ordering perspective but also includes working alongside the Spa Attendants with daily cleaning duties.
Our ideal candidate should:- Have previous experience in a Spa Housekeeping or Hotel Housekeeping supervisory role.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach, inspiring and supporting the Spa Attendants team to deliver exceptional standards every day.
- Take pride in creating a beautiful, welcoming and impeccably presented spa environment for our guests and members.
- Enjoy developing others through coaching, training and sharing your knowledge with the team.
- Be organised and confident in managing the day-to-day operation, from rotas and stock to maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Spa team, building strong relationships and delivering a seamless guest experience.
- Have a good understanding of Health & Safety and always put the wellbeing of our guests, members and team first.
- Bring a positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable experiences.

- £28,386 estimated annual Tronc (non-contractual)
