Senior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen & Menu Excellence

Sodexo Group is seeking a Senior Sous Chef in Royston to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food across a busy corporate catering operation. You will lead a kitchen team, ensure food safety and quality, and step in for the Head Chef as needed.

The role requires a Professional Cookery qualification and a proactive approach to kitchen leadership and cost control. Mon-Fri hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm, permanent contract at £15.60 per hour.
