Job Role
As a Senior Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload of high-value contentious probate and trust matters while contributing to the supervision of junior colleagues and broader team growth.

Key Responsibilities
Running a caseload of estate, trust, and will disputes
Acting for a wide range of clients including individuals, trust companies, and institutions
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Collaborating with a wider national team across multiple offices
Engaging in marketing and business development activities

Job Requirements
5+ years' PQE in contentious wills and trusts
Background in a recognised firm with a strong private client disputes practice
Technically strong with excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver clear, strategic advice
Proactive, collaborative and commercially aware
