Senior Software UI/Front End Tech Lead vacancy for our Zug based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop innovative software solutions that meet regulatory requirements and fulfil system quality attributes.
• Guide the team to adhere to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Act as a mentor and role model, promoting a collaborative working environment and contributing to the team's success.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development/Engineering for Embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of React and experience in developing Embedded user interfaces using Rust or C++.
• Experience with Electron or Tauri is a benefit.
• Language skills: English - fluent
