In this role, you'll be part of a development team focused on designing and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven tools that enhance user experience and internal processes. You'll work across multiple technology stacks, including AI and machine learning, and contribute to architectural decisions while leading initiatives to build scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support team members.
• Deliver and review technical designs, code, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to test and improve services.
• Apply analytical approaches to solve complex problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop back-end components and integrate with external web services.
• Translate software requirements into functional products.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven proficiency in Go (Golang) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience working with AI/ML systems, both as a user and contributor.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and work collaboratively within a team.
• Portfolio showcasing technical expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-sourced systems.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI and ML infrastructure to improve engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with code review processes (e.g., GitHub), automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), build systems, and AWS deployment.
• Experience with Python programming.
