We are seeking a Developer with a strong interest in supporting business processes. Our Back Office commodity teams require IT support for existing market communication solutions and opportunities to develop new tools, enhancing efficiency and fostering a highly digitalized environment. Your future plans
- Develop, maintain, and support IT solutions based on business requirements, collaborating closely with business teams using agile methods and test-driven development within a DevOps squad.
- Acquire a solid understanding of the organization and Back Office processes such as clearing, settlements, confirmations, gas nominations, allocations, and complex billing.
- Analyze business needs and evaluate IT solutions to deliver tactical and strategic improvements in collaboration with users.
- Implement new end-to-end software solutions and migrate existing systems to new technologies like AWS.
- Continuously seek improvements through emerging technologies and strategic initiatives.
- Provide production support in line with SLAs and interact directly with customers.
- Contribute to personal development and performance objectives.
- Demonstrate programming skills in object-oriented languages such as Java and .NET (Core).
- Understand CI/CD processes and automated testing methodologies.
- Have a good grasp of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, XML, XSLT, and Webservices.
- Show interest in AWS Cloud technologies and modern web frontends like Blazor.
- Experience or interest in working in dynamic environments using agile techniques such as Scrum or Kanban within a DevOps squad.
- Be a team player, collaborating effectively across different locations.
- Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Understand the importance of security integration in applications.
- Communicate effectively in German and English, demonstrating attention to detail and problem ownership.
