Full Stack - Ruby on Rails, React

Up to £85k

Fully Remote - must be UK based

A fast-growing sports tech company building high-performance, data-driven products for a rapidly expanding global user base are searching for a Senior Fullstack Engineer.

As part of a cross-functional Product Team, you'll work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to shape the future of the platform - not just build it. You'll have a real voice in technical decisions, mentor others, and engage directly with customers to build tools they love.

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, GraphQL

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain fullstack features using Rails and React Native
• Collaborate across teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Write clear, maintainable code and documentation
• Mentor junior engineers
• Talk directly to users and stakeholders to understand real-world needs
• Continuously improve team practices and product quality

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or similar Back End frameworks
• Strong experience in React and/or React Native
• GraphQL - desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Independent and proactive problem-solver
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, user-focused environment
• Passionate about mentoring and knowledge-sharing
