With strong market demand already in place, they're now building out their engineering presence in the Netherlands.

You'd be one of the first senior engineers on the ground! A chance to work closely with leadership, shape technical direction, and leave a real mark on a product that's scaling quickly.

You'll Be:

• Designing and delivering features across the full stack, from backend systems to UI and infrastructure
• Making architectural decisions that influence how the platform evolves
• Taking full ownership of projects, with plenty of room to build things from the ground up
• Collaborating with an international engineering group while helping grow the local NL team
• Playing a key role in shaping engineering culture and best practices

You'll Bring:

• Around 7+ years of hands on software engineering experience
• Strong full stack capabilities (backend, frontend, DevOps)
• Proven experience building systems or features from scratch
• Ability to work independently and make good technical decisions
• Solid web development experience in any modern stack
• Clear, confident communication in English
• EU citizenship or Dutch permanent residency

• Comfortable speaking with customers when needed
• Experience working across distributed or international teams
