Senior Rust Engineer

(Hybrid Paris X2 days on-site per month)

Up to 140,000 Euros + Equity

We are partnered with a cutting edge AI focused R&D start-up based out of Paris that is looking to hire several Rust Engineers to their team. In just over two years, they have developed their first AI Agent product that is currently being used by some of the biggest FinTechs and Banks in Europe.

The founding team have built, launched and exited start-ups successfully in the past. You will be working alongside some of the brightest engineering and entrepreneurial minds in Europe.

Requirements:

• Production Rust experience. Or extensive open-source contributions. Ideally, the client is looking to hire Seniors with at least three years of Rust experience in production.

• Start-up experience. Or experience developing products or services end-to-end and a desire to join a start-up. Ideally, the client is looking to speak with engineers at product-focused companies and not consultants.

• Knowledge of low-level programming. OS, Networking, and Browser knowledge.

The clients core engine is written in Rust, and they're looking to hire several engineers to come in and support building this.

Package/Benefits:

• Up to 140,000 Euros (Base Salary)
• Remote/Hybrid Working. Two days per month are required on-site. (Will pay expenses)
