You'll work in a flexible hybrid setup, with one day a week in their central London office.

THE ROLE

As a Software Engineer, you'll help build the core infrastructure powering real-time media processing with LLMs and generative models. Your work will involve:

• Developing scalable systems for ingesting, analyzing, and transforming video, audio, and text using AI

• Orchestrating prompts, embeddings, vector search, and fine-tuned models to enable advanced media interactions

• Building hybrid human-AI tools that blend creative workflows with robust engineering solutions

• Collaborating closely with product designers, media professionals, and AI researchers to bring ambitious features to life
  
  

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years' experience in software engineering (Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar)

• Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, or related APIs (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.)

• Strong backend/cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, microservices, scalable APIs)

• Passion for media, creativity, and building innovative AI-driven products

• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment
  
  

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience with media processing tools (FFmpeg, WebRTC)

• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding workflows

• Background in generative audio/video models or multimodal AI systems
