Senior Software Developer/Advisor AI Solutions - Remote

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer/Technical Advisor (m/f/d) to support the rework and optimization of an existing AI solution architecture.

Your main task will be to review the current architecture, identify improvement opportunities, and provide hands-on technical guidance to build scalable, maintainable AI Back End solutions.

Tasks:
* Review and improve the existing AI solution architecture and Back End services
* Refactor existing code and reduce technical debt
* Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Back End architectures
* Provide technical guidance and challenge existing design decisions with best practices
* Support the development of AI-enabled Back End services, including LLM- and RAG-based solutions
* Collaborate closely with internal development teams and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
* Support the operationalization of AI services, including deployment, monitoring, and scalability

Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Senior Software Developer with advanced Python expertise
* Proven experience designing, refactoring, and maintaining production-grade AI Back End systems
* Hands-on experience with architecture modernization, system rework, and technical debt reduction
* Experience with LLMs, RAG, APIs, and AI orchestration layers
* Experience with AI Ops/DevOps and operating AI-enabled services
* Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, containerized applications, authentication, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
* Good knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Terraform
* Ability to work independently, collaborate with internal development teams, and communicate technical recommendations clearly
