Senior Social Worker - THERAPEUTIC FOSTERING AGENCY

A Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency that has recently grown to looking after 50 children are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their company to assist in the growth and delivery of their Cambridgshire / Northamptonshire region. This role is fully remote and home-based. You will be supporting foster carers and not completing any assessments.

Your responsibilities:

• To contribute to the development of a therapeutic fostering service.
• To assist in the development of a group of foster carers in the given region
• Therapeutic support to young people
