Working collaboratively with partner agencies to support effective safeguarding decision-making. Ensuring accurate record keeping and timely processing of information. Skills/Experience Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration. Experience working within Children's Services. Strong understanding of safeguarding processes and thresholds. Ability to analyse information and make informed recommendations. Excellent communication and partnership-working skills. Previous MASH experience is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Working Arrangements Full office attendance required during the induction and training period. Following successful induction and once established within the team, candidates may work from home up to 2 days per week.
