Senior Site Supervisor

The Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Senior Site Supervisor who is committed to supporting the Estates Team at the Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust to educational excellence and further developing the distinctive Christian character of educational provision and the school community.

The post will be part time, on a 3 day per week basis. This is a permanent, 52 week contract.

You will be assisting the Estates Team with overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality of workmanship and adherence to safeguarding protocols. You will be supporting site teams in delivering general maintenance and repairs. You will also be involved in planning and executing capital projects.

The successful candidate will be one that can meet criteria from the personal specification such as having basic DIY skills, experience of supervising a team of staff, the ability to deal with difficult situations effectively and the ability to undertake lone working.
