Senior Site Manager

Freelance Senior Site Manager required until circa April 20256 to work on 2 x new build speculative industrial units that incorporates office space, service yard etc. Reporting to the site based Project Manager you will responsible for overseeing one of the buildings which values circa £15m, main core of duties will predominately be to manage and supervise the main subcontract packages which will include steelframe, cladding, groundworks and associated M&E. You will also be responsible for overseeing site inductions, Health & Safety, RAMS aswell as attending all client/subcontractor progress meetings aswell as assisting with any structural/design changes.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement, proven track record building and delivering new build industrial/distribution units will also be required.
