Senior Site Manager - Hybrid Work & High-Impact Home Builds

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction of developments across the UK, ensuring health and safety, programme delivery, and quality. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate labour and trades, and maintain costs in line with budgets.

With NHBC standards, Building Regulations and customer care in focus, you'll lead inspections, drive best practice, and liaise with internal departments and suppliers to meet the build programme.
