Home " Residential " High Rise " Senior Site Manager - Central London

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 plus benefits

Location: Central London

Regions: London, South East

A Senior Site Manager is immediately required to join our client's excellent team on their £300m residential scheme. The client is one of the largest and most successful residential developers in the UK, offering a competitive salary for the ideal candidate. The project is a high-rise major scheme based in Central London.

The ideal candidate will need the following qualifications:

  • BLACK CSCS Card
  • Degree or HNC qualification
  • First Aid certification
  • CITB
  • 5+ years of experience

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of large or complex construction projects, including time, procurement, and contractors.
  • Manage other Site Managers on site.
  • Liaise with Project or Contract Managers to ensure project progress is communicated and risks are addressed.
  • Manage sub-contractors, monitor attendance and progress, and provide instructions to meet contractual obligations.
  • Ensure detailed plans are aligned with the overall project plan for timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Ensure all materials delivered meet production needs.
  • Implement and oversee safe working practices and safety procedures across the site.
  • Identify additional work opportunities and inform Project, Contract, or Commercial Managers.
  • Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and complete relevant documentation regularly.
  • Work under the direction of a Project Manager or Contract Manager.
  • Use company information systems effectively.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the company's reputation.
