Senior Share Reward Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking to recruit a talented Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team. Working with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner managed businesses to expanding corporates, you will get to work on a variety of interesting and challenging tax advisory projects.

Key aspects of this role include developing junior team members into accomplished tax advisors and supporting our business development activities as we expand.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of tax advisory projects with diverse clients.
• Develop junior team members into tax advisors.
• Support business development activities in the local marketplace and across the firm.
• Deliver a wide range of taxation advice, including structuring and implementing approved and unapproved share schemes, advising on equity tax issues on acquisitions or sales of businesses, and signing off share reward tax due diligence reports.
• Participate in business strategy and contribute to the development of our equity incentives tax services.

Qualifications

• Appropriately qualified with experience working within an equity incentives tax environment.
• Experience advising on transactions is desirable.
• Excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with clients.
• Great growth coach who enjoys developing and coaching teams.
• Keen to contribute towards the overall success and growth of Bishop Fleming.
