Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Outside IR35 6-month Contract - South East UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our client's team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Provide expert-level technical guidance and support on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Service Portal.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Perform system administration, health checks, and performance tuning of ServiceNow instances.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members (if applicable).
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects.
Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and development tools (eg, JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular/React, REST/SOAP APIs).
Strong experience in designing and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be a British Citizen.
Must be operating Outside IR35.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
Current SC Clearance (highly advantageous).
Knowledge of Public Sector
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (eg, Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules).
Experience with specific ServiceNow modules (eg, HRSD, GRC, SecOps).
Experience with automated testing frameworks within ServiceNow.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
