Senior ServiceNow or Halo Developer/Technical Consultant - Permanent

We are working on behalf of our amazing client, who are a growing Digital Transformation consultancy with an exceptional reputation and a client base spanning Financial Services, Government, and Defence. We help major organisations transform their digital operations, and we're looking for a Senior ITSM Tooling Developer/Technical Consultant to lead high-impact tooling implementations.

You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders and ITSM platform vendors, delivering complex ITSM and ESM tooling solutions. Reporting to the Head of Tooling, you'll take ownership of significant implementations across the UK.

What You'll Need
Expert installation, configuration, and support of ITSM tooling (eg, ServiceNow or HALO)
Strong ITIL knowledge (ITIL v3 Foundation minimum; advanced preferred)
Experience integrating ITSM tools with external systems
Knowledge of infrastructure/application discovery tools
Strong analytical, design, and programming skills
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs

Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
Able to work independently and within development teams
Experience with agile delivery (epics, user stories, sprints)
Strong project/delivery management capability
Collaborative, organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
