Senior Service Designer

Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our client within the central government, who are seeking a Senior Service Designer on an initial 6 month assignment.

Location: London (hybrid)

About the role:
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating design work in your team, supporting other designers where necessary, as well as identifying and fixing some of the toughest problems in public infrastructure and you will be focussing on design of services at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Service Design, along with the following qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of working within an Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.
• 7+ years working within a Service Design environment.
• Experience of guiding, supporting and mentoring others.
• Experience in designing services for users in complex environments.
• Experience of working on a services throughout the full service life cycle
• Experience of working in government, public sector
