Senior SEO Manager - Growth & Strategy

Why This Role, and Why Now?
Mobilexpense is a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company transforming expense management across Europe. We're on a mission to grow our organic presence into a dominant, revenue-driving channel and we're looking for a Senior SEO Manager with scale-up experience in the tech B2B SaaS world to lead the charge.
If you've grown organic revenue from thousands to millions in ARR not in an agency or a corporate machine, but inside the wild, hands-on, fast-moving environment of a tech scale-up this is your stage.
This role is equal parts technical excellence , strategic vision , and executional leadership . You'll own a high-impact revenue stream, work directly with our leadership team (including the CEO), and define the long-term SEO roadmap for multi-country growth.
What You'll Do
Strategic SEO Ownership
- Design and own the SEO growth strategy for our core European markets
- Set the roadmap, lead experimentation, and scale what works fast
- Establish scalable SEO systems for programmatic content and sustainable growth
Technical & Programmatic SEO
- Lead technical SEO implementation (Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, structured data, etc.)
- Build international SEO architecture for multi-language SERPs
- Optimize for future search: AI Overviews, SGE, voice search, and beyond
AI-Powered Content Scaling
- Collaborate with our Content Lead and copywriters to drive quality at scale
- Build and test GPT-powered content generation workflows with clear editorial standards
- Use predictive SEO tools and ML models to identify, prioritize, and win keyword opportunities
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor our junior SEO/content specialists
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders on GTM campaigns
- Manage SEO ops with clear KPIs and performance-driven sprints
Who You Are
Non-Negotiable: Scale-Up, Tech and B2B SEO Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in tech scale-ups (ideally with SaaS product focus)
- Proven track record growing organic channels into revenue engines , not just traffic
- Experience operating with limited resources but high ownership this is not a corporate job
Strategy Meets Execution
- Deep knowledge of search algorithm shifts, link acquisition, and content frameworks
- Experience in international SEO and European market dynamics
- Comfort working with performance, product, and executive teams
Tools & Technical Stack
- Semrush, GSC, GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio
- HTML/CSS knowledge a plus; experience with CMS and automation tooling a must
- Strong grasp of attribution models and marketing analytics
AI-First Mindset
- Curiosity and proficiency in using GenAI tools to move faster and smarter
- Open to testing, learning, and leading the next wave of AI-driven search
Language & Local Knowledge
- Native English fluency
- Understanding of regional business cultures, GDPR, and multi-market SERPs
