Senior SEO & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
The role involves leading and executing effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance and drive qualified traffic, requiring at least five years of proven SEO experience. Responsibilities include managing the website CMS to ensure content aligns with brand standards and is fully optimised, overseeing PPC and online advertising to improve performance, and maintaining accurate messaging across third-party sites. The role also entails planning and executing email marketing campaigns to grow the subscriber base and boost engagement, along with using analytics tools to monitor and optimise overall digital performance.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will have these main objectives:
- Develop, implement, and manage PayFuture's comprehensive SEO strategy across multiple geographies and languages.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, and technical SEO reviews.
- Optimise website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages to improve ranking and user experience.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-performing SEO-optimized assets.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, page speed, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Build and execute effective link-building and outreach campaigns.
- Stay up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and trends to ensure PayFuture stays ahead in organic search.
- Drive international SEO strategy, especially across MENA, South Asia, Africa, and LATAM markets.
- Work with tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across new and existing web products.
You will be a good fit if you:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and executing successful on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Strong background in website management with practical skills in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (such as WordPress or Shopify), ensuring seamless site performance, user experience optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot), including list segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
- Optimize website content, including meta-tags, headers, and on-page content, for search engines and to maintain brand tone of voice
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Jasper, ChatGPT, Clearscope) for content optimization, keyword clustering, and SERP analysis.
- Implement automation to streamline SEO audits, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Google's E-E-A-T guidelines (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) for content strategy.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to boost topical authority.
- Stay current with SEO trends such as zero-click searches, featured snippets, voice search optimization, and AI-powered search (e.g., Google's SGE - Search Generative Experience).
- Partner with DevOps teams to improve site performance, mobile usability, and page load speeds using tools like Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Work with marketing and UX teams to align SEO with CRO goals, optimizing user flows and CTAs for higher organic conversion.
- Stay up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and trends to ensure PayFuture stays ahead in organic search.
- Drive international SEO strategy, especially across MENA, South Asia, Africa, and LATAM markets.
- Work with tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across new and existing web products.
