About the team

As part of the office of the CISO, the corporate security team develops and maintains Mambu's security policies, standards, risk and control frameworks, monitors security control effectiveness, provides security risk insights to leadership, governs ISMS implementation, and leads audit preparations. The team also supports customer security requests, manages vendor security due diligence, and delivers security training and awareness programs.

What you'll do

1. Conduct security risk assessments and participate in threat modeling exercises.
2. Document and communicate risks and mitigation recommendations.
3. Track security risk actions and monitor the threat environment for changes.
4. Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
5. Report regularly on security risks and management programs (KRIs and KPIs).
6. Coordinate and track audit findings to completion.
7. Support audit preparations with the Security Governance & Compliance Lead.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in security domains and cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
• Experience conducting security reviews and risk assessments using structured frameworks.
• Effective communication skills at technical and strategic levels.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of standards like ISO27001, NIST CSF.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements such as SSAE 18 SOC 1 & 2, DORA/NIS2.
