Senior Securitisation Counsel - Flexible/Remote Work

Lawyers On Demand Limited is seeking a Securitisation Senior Legal Counsel to join a British Financial Institution for at least 6 months. You will manage securitisation transactions, structuring and drafting complex legal documents. The role requires mid to senior-level experience in a similar environment with transactional expertise, especially in forward flow arrangements.
