Senior Scrum Master

*Scrum Master - 6 months Contract Role - Remote (EU)*

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Scrum Master to join one of our key partners to support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The initial contract will be for 6 months with excellent extension opportunities.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote in Riga, Latvia.

About role:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile principles + best practices, Collaborate with product owners to manage and refine backlogs. Use Agile metrics to track and report on team progress and support stakeholders in understanding Agile processes and delivery timelines.

Specific skills/experience required:

-4+ years as a Scrum Master

-Strong experience with Agile methodologies

-Hands on expertise with JIRA, Azure DevOps or Confluence

-Proven experience with Stakeholder management
