Senior SCPO Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with deep technical expertise in JDA (Blue Yonder) SCPO - Demand & Fulfillment.

Must-Haves:
- JDA (BY) Demand & Fulfillment (SCPO) - technical
- JDA SRE Tuning (batch & UI optimization)
- PL/SQL & Oracle Tuning
- Unix Shell Scripting

Nice-to-Have:
- QSR Forecasting & Replenishment domain knowledge

Responsibilities:
- Lead JDA demand/FF batch and UI optimization to meet SLAs
- Serve as primary technical contact for customer product queries
- Prepare and deliver technical solution design documents
- Develop batch scripts and configure UDTs
- Monitor batch performance and implement proactive fixes
