Senior School Administrator

My client, an educational site, are seeking to hire an adept experienced Senior School Administrator to start working a few days before the beginning of the new school year this Summer in this full time, term time role.

You duties will include:

Administering pupil files

Attendance records

Data input

Resolving queries

Use of school operating system (SIMs / Parent Pay)

The role will last for approximately 2 month initially but extend or indeed could lead to something more long term.

We are seeking a skilled Senior School Administrator to join our team just before the new school year begins this Summer. This role is initially for approximately 2 months, with the potential to extend or become a more long-term position.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Administering pupil files and maintaining accurate attendance records.
• Performing data input and managing databases with high accuracy.
• Resolving queries from staff, students, and parents efficiently.
• Utilising school operating systems such as SIMs and Parent Pay to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous school administration experience is essential.
• Experience with SIMs or similar educational systems (e.g., Corero, Parent Pay, Arbor).
• Availability to start before the beginning of the term in September 2026.
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check and meet other high-level compliance requirements.
• Commitment to working term time hours from 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM.
