• Project: Public-sector Digital HR transformation (SAP HCM > SAP SuccessFactors)
• Focus: SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Sheet implementation and optimisation
• Start: ASAP
• Workload: 2-3 days per week
• Role: Senior consultant within the Time Management workstream
• Integrations: EC > Time, Payroll (EC Payroll/SAP HCM/third party), FI/CO where relevant

Project Overview

The project is part of a long-term Digital HR transformation programme within a regulated public-sector environment, supporting the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. A core focus is the introduction, harmonisation, and continuous optimisation of Time Management processes, with particular emphasis on SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Sheet, ensuring compliance with country-specific labour law and collective bargaining requirements.

The Senior Consultant will play a key role in the Time Management stream, working closely with HR, IT, and project stakeholders across all phases of the SAP Activate methodology. Responsibilities include process analysis and target-state design, system configuration, and support of integrations with payroll and financial systems. The engagement is structured as a stable, part time, long-term assignment with strong extension potential.
