Hybrid working model, mix of onsite and travel to customers

London: £105,000 + up to 40% bonus
 Amsterdam: €112,000 + up to 40% bonus

We are currently supporting a leading consulting business focused on enterprise-wide ERP transformations, working with global organisations on complex S/4HANA programmes currently hiring Senior SAP Consultants/Managers to help lead complex ERP transformation programmes. If you're someone who enjoys combining hands-on delivery, stakeholder leadership, and strategic oversight, this role gives you the space to do all three.

What you'll be doing

• Leading key workstreams or programme components within large SAP transformations.
• Balancing hands-on SAP delivery with a strong consulting approach-shaping direction, solving problems, and guiding teams.
• Working closely with senior business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor at every stage of the programme.
• Participating in steering committees and influencing decisions at the highest level.
• Gathering insights from multiple workstreams and presenting concise updates to leadership.
• Bringing deep cross-process expertise to solution design and end-to-end delivery.
• Driving alignment across business, delivery, and architecture teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Leveraging broad but deep SAP knowledge to shape effective, scalable solutions.

What we're looking for

? Experience leading workstreams or programme elements within SAP transformations
? Strong mix of hands-on delivery and consulting experience
? Confident working with, influencing, and guiding senior stakeholders
? Previous involvement with steering committees
? Ability to consolidate complex information from multiple teams and present it clearly to business leaders
? Deep cross-process understanding in SAP design & delivery
? Strong mix of business acumen, delivery oversight, and stakeholder management
? Broad but deep SAP knowledge across multiple modules or domains
