Senior Salesforce Developer

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, a high level of English, and solid expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience). Familiarity with integrations, security models, and agile environments is key. Certifications are a plus. This is a hybrid role with flexible remote work options.

Required Skills:

• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, aligned with platform strategy and business goals.
• Develop robust Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes for complex business logic.
• Build dynamic, user-focused Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leverage Salesforce Design System (SLDS) for consistent UX.
• Create and optimize Flows and Orchestrator-based automations to reduce manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure platform stability and scalability through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD alignment.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other developers using a Kanban methodology for continuous delivery.
• Act as a technical advisor in stakeholder meetings, helping translate business needs into long-term Salesforce architecture decisions.
• Proactively stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, exploring ways to integrate new features or retire custom code.
